Bug Report: Measure tool broken in 4.4.9-Jul07 (Linux)

Hi,

The Measure tool seems broken in 4.4.9-Jul07 (Linux), it works fine in 4.4.9-Jun19.

We can still use the tool, and "draw" measurements with it, but the results panel does not display (so the results cannot be seen or modified)

As an enhancement, it would be great if there were a few more 'snap' points on existing geometry:
* Especially the inside face of bent faces (currently only the outside face and the edge of the exclusion zone are snappy)
* Maybe the center of arcs in trimmed objects (this seems available in d-shapes or similar, but not when the arcs are just corner radii) [this is not really that important]
