Protocase 4 and earlier .cas files

In protocase designer 4, it does not identify the .cas files from the earlier version. I go directly to the file location, but it does not see it. Nor when I use the windows search tool does it even locate the files, but protcase version 3.?? will load them easily.

Any suggestions?

The import of old versions is now functional and the browser should allow you to see the file.

I have just installed Protocase Designer and a .cas file generated by an earlier version will not load into the software. It can be seen in the browser.

I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner - the forum notifications don't seem to be functioning correctly. If you would be so kind as to send your cas file to info@protocase.com and mention that you tried to import it into Protocase Designer 4 I will take a look at it and see why it won't import.
