We are building something where we need to expose a Raspberry PI 4 USB+Ethernet ports. I cannot seem to find a cutout out there. Just wondering if anyone would happen to have a template in a library.

I don’t have one on hand, but you might find a Raspberry Pi 4 cutout template in KiCad or Fusion 360 community libraries. I’d also check GrabCAD or the official mechanical drawings from Raspberry Pi.
