4.1 workaround, works for me.

4.1 wasn't working for me, no templates.

I made a "/users/steve/My Documents" directory and moved
"/users/steve/Documents/ProtocaseDesigner" into it. The templates turned up and everything seems fine now.

YMMV, I also messed around with all the other suggestions in the forum and they didn't work immediately; it may be that this trick and some java or permissions magic is necessary.

very interesting, this then is what the Windows Registry is reporting for you as your user directory.

new version will be out soon that will allow you to specify a directory if for some reason the reported directory doesn't work.
