Is there a possibility to add a single bloc of Text that contains 2 horizontally centered lines so that we can center it afterward easily ?

We have limited text tools. You can however use the align and distribute tools. Probably best to make to 2 text objects and use the align and distribute tools.

I finally managed to do it like you said and grouping them together to have a middle point to center.
