Hello,
I am trying to create a part with the Flanged Bracket Template. The design considerations indicate that Height must be > 0.29" for metal thicknesses < 0.075", but the Dimensions dialog will not let me set the Height value less than 1". I am using v6.0.19.

Are the design considerations, Height must be > 0.29" for metal thicknesses < 0.075", your own, or something the Protocase Designer is forcing you to do? The one-inch size rule in Protocase Designer is correct and helps ensure manufacturability. The design considerations are part of the template dialog. So Protocase Designer is telling me I can set it down to 0.29, but when I try to, it tells me that I can't.
