How hard would this be?

https://www.velkase.com/products/velka-7 oh almost how I want it, accept the GPU is vertical. How easy would it be to have the gpu face the same way as the MB?

Or a sg05 with the PSU in the case side laying on it's side, case would need to be 2.3 wider.

Without actually doing the design I do not know how much it will cost. I think the L-Shape template would be a good starting point.
