Making the Element Q a 2 slotter?

I really love the size, but could I scoot the MB all the way on the opposite side of the exp. slot? Like get a 2 slot backplate/MB tray combo or you think the case needs to be wider?

Some of the features on that panel are milled, and would not be achievable in PD.
We would be able to still quote it out for you.
