Getting a "jdesigner.exe is not a Win32 application" message though WinXP stated to be a valid OS as per "System Requirements. What's wrong then?

Our minimum requirement has been updated. Officially we no longer support WinXP. Our minimum version of windows is now Windows 7. Please feel free to let me know if you need any more help.
