Can't run PD 4.9.7 under WinXP

Getting a message "jdesigner.exe is not a Win32 application" although the WinXP is stated to be a minimum required OS. What's wrong then?

There are Win32 and Win64 versions of WinXP. About 2 years ago we decided to drop support for Win32 versions of windows. Right now we aren't planning on building Win32 versions but I'll look into for you.
