According to the wiki instructions, to move multiple cutouts on a face you simply select the desired cutouts, hold shift, click on one of the cutouts, and move to desired location. This does not function. Holding shift prevents any movement. I have tried several versions of designer and all have suffered from this issue.

Is there some secret to such a simple action that I'm missing?

Thanks for pointing that out! We hadn't realized that functionality wasn't working as intended.

We'll work on getting that fixed, but in the meantime there is a fairly simple workaround.

If you group the items you want to move, you can them place them where you need them, and ungroup if you wish, to manipulate them individually.
