Is there a CAD file of https://www.silverstonetek.com/product. ... 41&area=en I am wondering if a SFX psu would fit over the mb?

I'm not familiar with that case, but I see from the manual that it shows a PSU to the side of the motherboard.
I don't have access to a CAD file of that case, but perhaps if you contact Silverstone Technology support, they could provide you with one.
