Can't Launch Protocase Designer after installation?
Hello All
Downloaded and Installed the latest Protocase Designer CAD application and then tried launching
it from the icon placed on my XP desktop but no luck, I received and error message instead.
The message reads, "jdesigner.exe is not a valid win32 application".
Could this mean that maybe the software I downloaded was intended for a 64x Windows OS ?
If it is then I am trying to run this software on a 32x XP OS ??
Does anyone have any idea what that means and what I can do to get the software to work on my PC?
Didn't see any mention of this error in the forum.
Cheers !

Hi MrWazzup,
I'm a developer with Protocase.
Protocase Designer should work on both 32-bit and 64-bit machines.
Unfortunately we don't support XP, but a quick internet search on that error shows many possible solutions to your problem.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but hopefully you can find a solution to your problem, and please let us know if we can help with anything in the Designer software itself.
Regards,
Mark
