Push changes made in cutout library to design

I would like to know if there is a way to push a change made in the cutout library to my design. For example if I adjust a mounting hole slightly in the cutout library, how can I simply update all those cutouts in my design without physically replacing them?

Hello jmadrigal2,
Designer does not current have this ability. With the way cutouts are placed now, they lose their reference to the library items.
We think you have a good idea though, and will add it to our list of planned features/improvements.
