Hi - sorry if this is a silly question but I've searched, read the wiki and watched some tutorial videos and still cant find the answer!

When I'm putting a bracket into my enclosure do i need to add fixings for it to the case, i.e. add PEM studs or is fixing it to the case taken care of automatically by me just placing the bracket in the case?

In this video there are holes made in the bracket face that mates with the case but not fixing hardware is added to the case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fB_diJeNGEM so I'm confused!

Hey birty,

no, adding fixings/mounting hardware is not required! If you would like to add it, feel free but you could just leave a note on your design, or forwarded to your account manager/design services member with specifications on how you want a part to mount (i.e. using PEMS or welding)
