Does rackmount with brackets have removable brackets?

Pretty quick question:
Is the rackmount with mounting brackets template equiped with easily removable brackets? I cannot tell what the screws are that hold them on in the 3d render, but just want to make sure.

the mounting brackets are easily removable. You can specify any screw type you like.
