Copy/paste bug

Copy/Paste in face view has many bugs.

1) Coping Silk does not retain rotation. It's difficult to have to enter in 90deg rotation each time I want to add silk for box cutouts.

2) If collecting a group of cutouts and silk to copy it will mirror the parts (flip them over) which doesn't allow for fast coping.
