there is something wrong with the export silkscreen template

Trying to export the rear side of a 1U case, the exported silkscreen has a problem.
With reference to the attached exported silkscreen, the face layout has an extra blank space on the left side of the image. Where from comes this one ?
At the same time the exported silkscreen of the front panel is ok apparently, however, something is strange here also: the resolution is 5700x516, but a ~two years old silkscreen generated with a Protocase version available at that time is 5700x525 (same kind of case). Which one is right ?
I am also not sure why the exported silkscreen is practically a transparent image with only a few pink areas for holes, instead to mimic the chosen case color (graphite sandtex in my case).
