cannot acess quote system

I have been trying to get a online quote for a couple of rack units that I have designed but it is not working. When I first installed the system it worked fine

Same here, OSX Yosemite and Protocase Designer 4.5.3 - clicking the quote does nothing.

Hello,
I responded offline but want to include the response here for posterity.

The design had a bracket in it that had a 0.0" corner radius. Unfortunately our program never expected a 0.0" corner radius and so crashed. Changing the corner radius to any positive number fixed the issue (I used .001").

We will fix this in our formulas and it will support 0.0" radii in the next build.
