Bug report: Silkscreen text bounding box incorrect

Hi,
In version 4.4.9-Jun19 for Windows and Linux, and in 4.4.9-Jul07 for linux (not tested in Windows), the bounding box of text elements does not align properly with the text, which makes alignment of the text with cutouts difficult (one cannot use the measure tool to align them, but must manually tweak the position)
In particular, for 'Arial' size 11 text "OK" in regular, and in Bold (see attached)
