The fasteners often end up on the wrong face like with a self-made object and now even with a new design..

Now my custom cutout corrupts the file enough so it won't give a quote... fasteners don't stay on the side theyre supposed to...

I'll just keep posting bugs:

The cursor sometimes disappears on the background of the 3D view, sometimes on the metal parts...

Hey Gerty,

I would like to help solve some of your issues with Protocase Designer.

When in the face editor mode you can toggle which side you are placing fasteners on by clicking either 'Inside' or 'Outside' on the top tool bar. If the fasteners are still not being placed correctly, would you send your pda file and debug.0.log to us?

Regarding your cutout issue, I think it would be best for you to send in the file you're working on. With the file, we can help determine the source of your email.

Feel free to email our designer software team at designer@protocase.com and we will address the bugs you are experiencing.

Thanks,
Colin

Hello,

Thanks for the reply, I've emailed you with more info. There's still weird things happening but I hope they can be solved.
