Hello! I'm new to this forum.
I need to know the dimensions of these tabs: http://imgur.com/HoWBOdT
Is there a measure tool in Protocase Designer? If not, how can I find these dimensions? Is there some way to generate a drawing? It would be very helpful if I could port this to another CAD system too - is there any way to get a .STEP?
Thanks for any help.

Re: Dimensions of tabs
Hey BenBuzz790,
There is a measure tool in Protocase Designer but only for 2D measurements. The tool is available in the face editor. Here is a guide to opening the face editor:
http://www.protocasedesigner.com/wiki/i ... ace_Editor
Here is a guide to using the measure tool:
http://www.protocasedesigner.com/wiki/i ... _distances
You can find the full written documentation for Protocase Designer here:
http://www.protocasedesigner.com/wiki/i ... /Main_Page
The tabs have a width of .47 inches and the length depends on which side of the enclosure they are on.
Sorry but there is no way to generate a drawing. If you do place an order, our tech team would be able to generate a .STEP for you.
Hope this provides you with the information you need. Feel free to ask more questions on the forum, or send me an email at cpoushay@protocase.com if you need more info.
