Hi,
I'm having a hard time getting cutouts and the text for the cutouts to line up. When I add the text in face edit, things look lined up, when I go back to the 3D view, the alignment is messed up. I can send you my .pda file so you can see how things look, if that would help? I'm importing a .png to use as a guide and then placing cutouts over the .png shapes, so that I get them in exactly the right location for my circuit board mounted controls.
Thanks,
Robert

It would definitely help to have the pda file. You can send it to me at dronne@protocase.com
Thanks,

Re: cutouts and text not lining up
Yeah, it does seem like the Windows version of the designer is OK. I can continue to work with the Mac version, since all my artwork is Mac, and then do the final proof in Windows just to make sure it looks OK in 3D. I'm used to switching between OS for different tools, no big deal, I've been happy with VMWare Fusion for that.
Re: cutouts and text not lining up
I tried it on a mac, and did not see the issue. Would you mind sending me your debug.0.log from your /home/username/ProtocaseDesigner/ folder? I will see if I can't figure out why it is not working.
