I have a machine running Windows 7 Ultimate (Java 32 and 64 bit) that has run perfectly until today. I installed Protocase Designer 4 and ran it. My screen froze, and then I got a blue screen. Now, I can reach BIOS but can't actually get to Windows, not even far enough to access safe mode. Any ideas what caused this?

I was wondering if I could get a little bit for information from you. Do you happen to know the BlueScreen stop code that was given? This usually appears towards the bottom and it is formatted something like: 0x0000007F.
When the system tries to boot into Windows, does it just reboot repeatedly? Is there an error code or message at all?
Are you able to select Safe Mode as an option by hitting F8 to get the menu and it still won't boot, or are you unable to access the boot menu at all?
