V 4.2.7 Breaks Rackmount Template

Latest version 4.2.7 rackmount template is broken. Also, cannot edit enclosure properties for a rackmount template file created in 4.2.5.

You are right, we did extensive work on this template and it all tested out good on the main developer's computer but it is not working on others. We should have this fixed this weekend.

Hello

I'm new to Protocase Designer, so forgive me if there's an obvious answer.

Does the problem with the rackmount template mentioned above give an value error when a number is entered for the height in U for a new or edited enclosure? I am using V 4.2.3 - the error message states 'Height=2 is not within allowable values of 1 and 10'.

If yes, is there any news on a fix? I need to design and order a rackmount next week.

If no, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
