40mm fan cutout on 1u rackmount panel

I'm trying to place your 40mm fan cutout on a 1u rack mount enclosure, on the front panel and it is not letting me. I'm attempting to duplicate something like this:

This requires some modifications to our standard 1U chassis which we certainly can do, however Protocase Designer is not set up to do this. If you wish 40mm cutouts on the front panel, use a construction circle or a cutout hole to indicate where you want the center of the cutout to be and use the note tool to indicate that you want a 40mm fan cutout. The designer quote won't be accurate but we will give you a manual quote.

Whenever making requests, please be sure to check over your drawings carefully before giving final approval.
