20mm Fan cutout

I don't think there is a way in the new designer to make a half rack, so im designing on half of a full rack, but I am really struggling making a 20 mm fan cutout for a 1U case. Any suggestions?

First, my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Our forum seems to have ceased sending me notifications when someone posts a new post.
We will probably make a half rack template in the near future. We have some videos up at
