can't make hole in face

Just installed your software, and have an L-shaped box. I can make holes in 5 faces, but not the bottom! On that face I get a little white dot where my mouse drag starts, a little black dot where it ends, but no hole (rectangular or round). Tried on 2 PCs, both XP Pro SP3, one pretty fast, dual core, lots of memory. File attached.

There appears to be a bug in the software that only affects L-Shape Cases with Depth between 290mm and 320mm. They cannot place any cutouts on the bottom face. The best option for dealing with it is:
- submit a dimensioned sketch for the cutouts on the bottom face along with your order

Thanks for figuring that out- pretty weird bug. I made the case a little bigger and submitted the order.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention! It should be dealt with in the next release but that is still a few months away.
