Will Protocase Designer interfere with other CAD software?

No, protocase designer will not interfere with other CAD software. Our own engineers use both Protocase Designer and Solidworks on their computers without trouble.
The only extensions it registers are .cas and .pdc. These are not used by Solidworks, Autocad, or any other cad software according to http://filext.com/ so there should be no interference.
