Designer runs really slow then hangs

I just installed the latest version of Protocase Designer, which comes up really slow, and then hangs. For example, it takes 30 seconds to get to the "New File" "Existing File" dialogue, another 2 minutes to put the first 3-D image up, and then everything hangs.

System is a Pentium Core 2 CPU, 1GB RAM, with WinXP Pro SP 2.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The latest version of Protocase Designer will be released later today. Look for it at http://www.protocase.com/design/protocase_designer.php. This release fixes many performance issues as well as adds many nice features. Watch this forum for an announcement.
