- when running as standard user, the program does not appear at all when clicking the desktop icon or batchfile or .exe file
-when running as "supervisor light" the program starts but crashes at the "select face to edit"

Intel core2 duo
4GB RAM
500GB diskspace
ATI radeon X1300 driver 8.561.00
XP pro 2002 sp3
Fairly stringent corporate setup (I can't change drivers nor hardware acceleration level)

Note that most programs run without hitch on this setup...

The latest version of Protocase Designer available on the website http://www.protocasedesigner.com has many bug fixes as well as increased support for machines with poor openGL capability. Please give it a try and see how it works.
