I am brand new to this software and preparing a design for our amplifier product.
I attempted to use an available blind standoff (PEM) to mount our amplifier boards but a warning states:
"PEM BSO-032-12ZI requires material at least 0.05 inches thick. Material used is 0.048 inches thick."
Can these PEMs be used? or is there an alternative available from the library that is compatible with 0.048" ?

solved it. was selecting too large of a PEM for my circuit boards.
proper 8-32's fit just fine.

Even though I’ve read similar topics before, your perspective felt fresh and original. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Re: available standoffs for standard 2U rack template
It looks like the PEM BSO-032-12ZI requires a minimum material thickness of 0.05 inches, so unfortunately, it won't work with your 0.048-inch material. You might want to check if there are alternative standoffs in the library that are compatible with your thickness. If you can't find any, consider using a thicker material or looking for different standoff options that meet the requirements.
