I'm using 3.12j build 909

- The cutout library contents disappear. I came back the next day and all my custom cutouts were flat gone.
- Cutout library changes my anchor points. I came back the next day and all me cutouts had anchor points/origins set WAY outside the cutout area. (x+5, y+80)

The failures above have REALLY turned me off to the tool and cost me substantial design time.

Things that I expected to find in the tool but are absent:
- Simple cut/copy/paste on the face and cutout editor.
- Export of cutout library components to DXF.
- The ability to put press-in fasteners on cutout library components allowing for quick and easy replication of common fastener configurations.

I'm sorry to hear you had difficulties with the cutout library.

In the next couple months we will release a new version that is a complete re-write with a new architecture. All the features you are requesting will be included!
