Currently, the personal cutout library is stored in the C:\Program Files\Protocase Designer\cutouts file. There is no backup or sharing built into the program (though it is an xml file and you can backup your file or cut sections out and paste them into your co-workers' files). In 3.12 there is an export/ import to .pdc file option for sharing individual cutouts and a Backup/ Restore function for protecting the entire library. Furthermore, there will be an online library of cutouts. This will probably start out small but will grow and eventually have a large quantity of parts.
