Windows, Linux, and Mac

Post by dronne »

One benefit of switching to Java and JOGL for the next major version (after 3.12) is that it should not be difficult to make builds for Windows, Linux, and Mac. So far test builds have run on all three platforms!

When Version 4 is released, probably not for 6 months or so. It is a ground up re-write using the many lessons we have learned over the development with the goal of making an architecture that is cross-platform, extensible, and maintainable.
