Hello Zain,
Some faces are not editable due to manufacturing reasons. However in this case I think it's fine. I have set the particular face you are wanting to edit as editable. Attached is the file.
Matt

Re: Automating Designs
Hello, It's a possible feature in the future for sure. Honestly we have been thinking about just didn't hear a need for it yet. Under the hood everything in Protocase Designer is parameterized we just don't have tools for doing it the UI. Well other than the properties panel but that only allows to ...

Re: Protocase Designer Hangs
Hey Sandy, Sorry to hear Protocase Designer is not running for you. Currently linux support is minimal. We now Ubuntu 18+ works with some caveats. One caveat is if freecad is installed. Since freecad uses the same dependencies as Protocase Designer there can be a version miss match in some of the li...

Re: A longer case like this how much $$?
Hello Edward, So I talked to a guy from the engineering team. It doesn't sound simple and their might be some compromises that need to be made. Am thinking the best thing is to contact EDS directly. You might get a better answer that way. Here is our contact page. https://www.protocase.com/contact/ ...

Re: I want.
Hello Edward,
With a bit of creativity you might be able to get something like this in Protocase Designer.
In Protocase Designers library we have common cutouts for USB and some audio IO you can use.
Best Regards,
Matt

Hello Edward,
Am not really sure. I have asked our EDS to see if they have had any experience in something like this. I'll get back to you when I know more.
Best Regards,
Matt

Re: Metal Type for front plate when choosing Rear Bend Rackmount ?
Hello Cristi, Rear Bend Rackmount is missing this feature just because we wanted to see how popular different MetalTypes on normal Rackmount would be. We should have have no issue with changing it for you. Add a note to the part to let us know. For anodizing, I would suggest doing a similar thing as...

Re: Generate separate step files for individual enclosure parts
Hello Ronie88, There is no feature in Protocase Designer to export single/some parts to step sorry. You can probably use FreeCad, or another CAD program, to break up parts into separate Step file. Interested to hear how the 3D printing turn out. It would be cool! :) Looks like this YouTube vid expla...
