Thanks for your reply.
After installing the latest Microsoft VC++ runtime, the issue is still there. However, I downloaded the latest version 5.7, and install it on another computer. It works.
So I can do the design using the PC that works with the software.

Failed to load files from version 5.2.5 in version 5.6
I have several files created using Protocase Designer 5.2.5. I recently update the software to version 5.6.
