Design Rule Check Errors
Hi, I have my design finished and have obtained an instant quote. However I am getting the following design errors: Circle - Objects of type EXCLUSION should not intersect with objects of type CUTOUT. (3 times) Large Rackmount Handle Holes - Objects of type CUTOUT should not intersect with objects o...

Re: Accept and Close doesn't work
Hi Douglas, I had emailed the files to Colin when the attachment to forum didn't seem to work. Today I tried your suggestion of reducing the silkscreen display quality by editing the conf file. It was set on 7, so I reduced it to 4. Initial experiments with just some random text look hopeful so will...

Re: Accept and Close doesn't work
Hi, I have another accept and close bug issue. I have not worked on this project for a year or so, but now I have some time to continue with it. I was having an issue with the front face of a 10U rackmount enclosure, only 2 inch deep (similar style to an audio mixer). I was using 4.4.8 and was unabl...

Hi, I'm running 4.4.8 on Win8. I'm designing a 10U rackmount enclosure which is 2" deep, similar in form factor to a mixing desk. I have placed Standoff PEMs and cutouts, but have a few problems with text. 1. Once I have applied text, even one character, the "Accept and Close" button or menu item wo...

Re: Edit enclosure properties - Dimensions
Hi David, I have downloaded and installed v4.4.6 I tried increasing the width from 425 to 426mm, again nothing had changed when I re-opened the properties window. However, I then tried changing the width to 430mm, which worked. I then changed the width to 426mm, which again worked. Having a play wit...

Edit enclosure properties - Dimensions
Hi, I'm using version 4.4.5 on WinXP. Enclosure type is 1U Extruded Aluminium Type B. I have created my design and while reviewing everything I realized I need to increase the enclosure width and depth by 1mm, for a more comfortable clearance from the end of the PCB. All cutout, graphics and PEM dim...
