Re: Problems with install of 4.2.15 mon Windows 7
After using your command line instructions, I noticed on my machine that the directory is "program files (x86)" with a space between files and (x86). Could this be causing the problem with the automatic start up?

Re: Problems with install of 4.2.15 mon Windows 7
I tried to import a v3 file into the software and it failed citing a lack of .pda file. I got all the warnings about the experimental nature of the import. Any further suggestions?
Thanks

By typing in the commands provided it started up correctly.
Many thanks.

Problems with install of 4.2.15 mon Windows 7
Hi
I've just updated to V4.2.15 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine, I have 64 bit Java 7.7 installed (I also have the 32 bit version) and I cannot get past the splash screen. Any ideas?

Protocase 4.1.9 .cas import problems
I have recently upgraded to Protocase Designer 4.1.9 and I cannot import a .cas file generated by an earlier version. It can be seen in the browser, but when you click on it nothing happens.
Any help gratefully received

Re: Protocase 4 and earlier .cas files
I have just installed Protocase Designer and a .cas file generated by an earlier version will not load into the software. It can be seen in the browser.
